THE CREW

UBISOFT

The Crew is an Online RPG Racing game for which I was responsible for the design and art of several features: 7 - 9 Skill activities that required various HUD and in-world elements / signs + feedbacks. As well as menus for features such as Awards, Stunts, Landmarks, Radio, Challenges and Welcome Dashboard. This was the first project I worked on for Ubisoft and was one where I mainly worked solo and independently when developing these features. Construction of Menu and HUD elements was handled using Flash / Scaleform.

Below are images of in-game screenshots / mockups / concepts.

Craig Anderson

Lead UI Artist

Working with Shironne early on in his career it was always clear that he had both the insights and ability to excel in the field of UI & UX.

From my time working with him directly he was meticulous in crafting the best experience possible and ensuring it fitted with the artistic and creative direction of the project. I also had the pleasure of seeing Shironne take on growing responsibilities on further projects, using his instincts to build prototypes and concepts for various AAA projects before switching gears in to implementing the visions directly in-engine.

Shironne is a dependable and experienced pair of hands that could be of benefit to any project.
